Before joining ETC Tax, Lauren previously gained qualifications in both Accounting and Business whilst at sixth form.
Why a career in business support?
Through seeking a career in business administration, I have been given the opportunity to broaden my business perspective and to explore so many different aspects early on in my career. I’m very good at multi-tasking and pride myself on having excellent attention to detail, so I believe that a career in business administration is something that I will excel at as it is very suited to my personality. A career in business administration will allow me to gain valuable experience and knowledge in a variety of different fields, this will enable me to understand if there is a particular area of the business administrative role that I would like to specialise in in the future.
My best (and worst) bits
I’d definitely say that I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I love to have everything super organised and to take my time to ensure that everything is precise. I’m very determined and put in my full effort when it comes to work, I would also like to think that I’m friendly and that I help others wherever possible.
At times, I can be really indecisive as I like to explore every possibility and I can also be overly critical of myself.
