Karen joined ETC Tax as an Operational Director in January 2022.
She is CIPD Accredited and is an experienced HR and Operations Manager who is skilled in all aspects of People and Organisational Development as well as Transformational and Cultural change.

Karen previously worked in a successful law firm where she has a proven track record of delivering performance and change management together with employee satisfaction in a challenging and fast paced environment.

There is enormous pleasure derived from helping people succeed in their own roles and growing them within a career of their choice, enabling them to be qualified and being part of the overall business successes.
My best (and worst) bits
Good and/or bad, I like to be in control – but mainly I see my most positive attribute in being someone who is approachable and who cares deeply about each individual and their needs to then be aligned with what the company requirements are and ensuring for each, that the goals and ambitions are met. Only that way do we achieve contentment and success for all.
