Peak performance tax scheme
Introduction – Peak Performance Tax scheme
If you have received a letter regarding a tax scheme that was sold to you by Peak Performance then we recommend that you seek advice in relation to this letter as soon as possible.
As always, when you get a letter from HMRC timely advice is crucial.
Take charge of your own enquiry
However, the advice that you seek should be from an independent practice or person.
Of course, many tax scheme providers will have taken payment for a ‘defence’ fund or you may be contributing a monthly amount to deal with any HMRC enquiries.
But this may not be in your best interest.
The option being presented by the Promoter may be the options that suit the promoter of the scheme.
If you obtain independent advice then you will have control over how the conduct of the enquiry is conducted from your side. Of course, you will still not be able to control the speed and direction that HMRC take.
If you have received a letter from HMRC in relation to a Peak Performance tax scheme then please do get in touch.
