When I realised I didn’t want to be an accountant
I love people! I have a genuine interest in people. I am curious and want to know everything (my husband would say I am nosey) – but really getting to know a company or a family means I can help them to achieve their personal, commercial and financial objectives.
I like to get things done so I can lose patience with people when I perceive they are procrastinating or over-deliberating, and slowing things down.
I also hate bureacracy, quangos and red tape!
