I have always been told by my Mother that first impressions count. Great advice that I now instil in my own children. This life lesson also applies to our new look ETC website.
We understand that a website can often be your first impression of our business. It impacts how our audience perceives the ETC brand.
ETC Tax has now been in operation for just over 5 years and during that time has grown considerably. As our business grows and adapts, so too must our website.
We have recently engaged a new digital design agency, and the website was their first major project for us. Our brief to them was to create a website which allows us to stand apart from our competitors, with a playful but professional tone. It was important to us that the website portrayed ETC’s culture, its values and its personality. In addition, we wanted to ensure simple and smart navigation that gives users an enjoyable experience every time they visit.
The way you perceive our brand is important to us, so designing a website that was appealing, user-friendly and easy to navigate was crucial, and I hope you will agree we have achieved this.
For those of you that regularly visit our website you will be aware that the main re-design was actually completed just before Christmas – just in time for an unfortunately rather understated (due to Covid) 5 year anniversary, but we wanted to make sure that the website was exactly where we wanted it to be before officially launching it to you all; and we have been making some final touches since then. Now, we are ready to showcase the results.
