WE ARE NO LONGER TAKING ON ANY NEW CLIENTS IN RELATION TO THIS MATTER
Felicitas Solutions and Gladstone’s correspondence
Background
Last month we sent a number of letters disputing a debt that was being asserted by Gladstone’s Solicitors on behalf of an Isle of Man entity called Felicitas Solutions.
Over the weekend, we are aware that scheme users have received further letters from Gladstone’s Solicitors and Felicitas Solutions.
This correspondence purportedly includes a link to ‘evidence’ supporting their claim.
We do not believe that this letter is compliant with the relevant protocol in the Civil Procedure Rules.
If you want us to send a letter on your behalf then there are two routes:
There is no need to click the link to evidence described above if you are uncomfortable doing so (and bearing in mind the providence of these claims this is understandable).
We already hold an authority to deal on your behalf
You previously sent our letter on a DIY basis
Please note we are no longer offering this under our pro-bono scheme.
If you have any queries please use our email address enquiries@etctax.co.uk. Particularly under the current working environment, do not call the office.
